Synopsis
The Convict Road was an early road coming into Star Valley from the south. For a period of time, arrangements were made for prisoners at the Wyoming State Prison to help in the construction. Kathy Walker researched and compiled information about this road. JoAnn Galloway gathered information, combined it with Kathy Walker’s collection, and then presented it at a Star Valley Historical Society Meeting. This selection consists of two separate binders: one for Walker’s collection, and one for Galloway’s collection. *Each binder contains newspaper articles, photos, and miscellaneous reports.
