This month we will share some interesting information about Star Valley pioneers gathered by the WPA writers project then archived by the State of Wyoming. The Works Progress Administration paid wages for unemployed US citizens for several public projects in Lincoln County from 1933 to 1942.

The hot school lunch program was first funded by the federal government during these depression years. This could open a whole new world about the early days of Wyoming for interested historians.
